* BBQ classic - a sauce with a slightly sweeter undertone, with an aftertaste of pepper and sourness. Very suitable for mopping grilled or fried meats / vegetables. It also helps to make delicious woks and wraps.
* BBQ chipotle - a sauce with a light sparkle and smoke aftertaste, which is perfect for grilled vegetables and burgers. Mixed with mayonnaise, however, it makes a nice salad dressing.
* Adjika - a sauce with a nice jalapeno spice and refreshing coriander. Especially good companion for hot grilled dishes and cold snack / cheese choices. All M&I sauces are gluten and lactose free and are also suitable for vegans.
Recipe for two Ingredients: 200 g of cauliflower 150 g unflavoured tofu 1/2 jar of chickpeas 3 tablespoons M&I BBQ sauces 2 tablespoons M&I Adjika sauce 2 whole grain tortillas 1 tablespoon oil half a yellow pepper 2 handfuls of arugula Preparation: Wash and chop the cauliflower into small pieces. Rinse the chickpeas under water. Chop the tofu into cubes.
Heat the pan on the stove. Add oil to the pan. When the oil is hot place in a pan cauliflower, chickpeas and tofu. Fry cauliflower, tofu and chickpeas for 5-7 minutes. When the chickpeas, cauliflower and tofu have turned crispy, add BBQ sauce to the pan. Mix everything together and fry the mixture for another 3 minutes.
Chop half of the pepper into small pieces. Take the tortillas and place the arugula, chopped peppers and stuffing in the pan in the middle. Add the adjika and fold the wrap so that all sides are closed. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately. Delicious lunch for two. Bon Appetit! Discount!
