The Swedish tea ring is divided into 13 pieces.

Nutrient content per piece: Calories 202 kcal Carbohydrates 31 g Fat 6.5 g Protein 5.4 g

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:

Dough

380 g of flour

4 tablespoons sugar

11 g of dry yeast

with a pinch of salt

1 tsp oil

200 ml of water

Filling

125g Bon soya tofu

200 g Alpro vanilla cream

50 g of dark chocolate

1 tsp sugar

Glaze

50 g of melted dark chocolate

Instructions:

Mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the oil and a little water until you get the perfect dough consistency. Place the dough to rise, about 20-30 minutes. Take the food processor and mix the filling except for the chocolate. Clean the food processor and cut the chocolate into small pieces. Add it to your filling mix. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. When the dough has risen, knead it well. Roll dough wide and add the filling. Then twist it into a heart shape. Take the scissors and cut as shown on the picture. Put the tea ring in a heated oven and bake for 20 minutes, but turn the oven to 180 ° C. If you see that the top is golden brown, remove the tea ring. Let cool and then add melted chocolate. Enjoy plant milk or in my case with hot coffee.
