Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
150 ml water
70 g wheat flour
5 g oil
1 g salt
1 g baking powder
Optional fillings:
40 g vegan cheese
40 g vegan sausage
or
40 g mushrooms
or
40 g vegan minced meat

Direction:
Put wheat flour, salt, baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Now add the oil. When the oil has combined with flour add bit by bit water into the mixture. Heat the pan and put a pancake mixture on it. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add your filling. Wrap the pancake together. Put it back on a pan to melt the cheese. Yummy!!! If the cheese has thawed, then serve the pancake immediately. Nice cheat meal on a sunny Sunday.
