Preparation: To begin, wash the strawberries clean. Place them on the rack to dry. Take a small pot and add 700 ml of water. Turn on the stove and boil the water. Add a bowl to the pot and place the coconut fat in the bowl. When the water boils, turn off the stove and let the heat melt the coconut oil.

While you wait for the coconut fat to melt, take the food processor. Add 2 packs of oreo cookies to the food processor. Crush the cookies into flour. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable yogurt and 1 tablespoon of coconut fat to the flour. Put the food processor back on and let the flour turn into a strong dough. Take the cake tin and place the baking paper at the bottom of the tin. Place the cake base in a cake tin.

Do not wash the food processor clean, so small pieces of oreo will remain inside the cream cheese and add flavor. Place the food processor in tofu, 5 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of passion fruit powder. Puree for 2-3 minutes until the tofu has become a nice soft cream. Add coconut sugar to the cream and mix.

Restart the food processor and pour in the remaining melted coconut fat from the opening. Puree for another 1-2 minutes and then add salt to the cream with your fingertip. Salt brings out a sweet taste. Wet your hands under water so that you can easily push the bottom of the cake into the cake tin. Then cut the strawberries into slices. Add the strawberries to the bottom of the cake and then pour over the vegan cream cheese.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Place the oven bowl with water to moisten the oven. Spoon vegan cream cheese on the strawberries with a spoon. When the oven has reached the desired temperature, place the cake in the oven.

Bake the cake in the oven for 40 minutes. From time to time, make sure that the cake does not dry out too much. When the vegan cream has hardened, remove the cake from the oven. Place it on the kitchen cabinet and let it stand until the cake has cooled completely. When the cake has cooled, take a small sieve and add the passion fruit powder. Shake the passion fruit powder on the cake. Then add the remaining slices of strawberry to the cake.
