Health benefits of vegetable soup: * Helps with health-enhancing minerals, vitamins and fiber. Carrots consist of both soluble and insoluble fibers. That help you lose weight healthily. Broccoli contains some phytochemicals that help increase the extra loss of body fat and cholesterol. These vegetables are one of the best low calorie foods for weight loss. * Eating plenty of vegetables can reduce the risk of cancer, high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease and type II diabetes due to their high nutrient content. * As vegetable soup is high in fiber and liquid, it creates a feeling of fullness faster. If you feel that you want something good, make yourself a soup. This way the body gets satisfaction, but does not overdo the calories.

Recipe for three Ingredients: 400 g of frozen beets 300 g of potatoes 60 g soy cubes 1 onion 1 cube of vegetable broth 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon lemon pepper a handful of dill Preparation: To begin, clean the potatoes and onion. Chop the onion and potatoes into small pieces. Heat the pot on the stove. Add oil to the bottom of the pot. When the oil is hot, place the onion in a pot. Fry for 2 minutes until the onion is slightly browned. Then add the potatoes to the pot. Fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes and, if necessary, add a few tablespoons of water so that the potatoes do not burn at the bottom of the pot.

Now add the vegetables and soy cubes. Pour a pot and a half liters of water. When the water starts to boil, add a cube of broth. Boil the soup for 10 minutes.

Check with a fork whether the potatoes have softened. If the potatoes are not soft, cook for another 5-10 minutes. The smaller you make the potato pieces, the faster the soup will cook. Turn on the stove. Chop the dill and set aside a fingertip. Add the remaining chopped dill to the pot. Mix well. Serve in soup bowls and garnish with dill. Bon Appetit!
