Recipe for three Ingredients: 400 g of frozen beets 300 g of potatoes 60 g soy cubes 1 onion 1 cube of vegetable broth 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon lemon pepper a handful of dill Preparation: To begin, clean the potatoes and onion. Chop the onion and potatoes into small pieces. Heat the pot on the stove. Add oil to the bottom of the pot. When the oil is hot, place the onion in a pot. Fry for 2 minutes until the onion is slightly browned. Then add the potatoes to the pot. Fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes and, if necessary, add a few tablespoons of water so that the potatoes do not burn at the bottom of the pot.
Now add the vegetables and soy cubes. Pour a pot and a half liters of water. When the water starts to boil, add a cube of broth. Boil the soup for 10 minutes.
Check with a fork whether the potatoes have softened. If the potatoes are not soft, cook for another 5-10 minutes. The smaller you make the potato pieces, the faster the soup will cook.
