Recipe for two


Ingredients: 300 g of mushrooms 1 jar of coconut milk 1 sibu 1 pack of tom spastat 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon lime juice Preparation: Chop mushrooms and onions into small pieces. Place the pot on the stove and add oil. When the oil is hot add the onion to the pot. Brown the onion until it turns golden brown. Then add the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pasta and 500 ml of water to the pot. When the water boils, add 1 jar of coconut milk to the pot. Boil for another 5 minutes. Turn the stove on and let it cool down for a few minutes. Serve in bowls. Garnish with coriander leaves. Bon Appetit!
