* a great anti-inflammatory food * improves eye health

Preparation time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

150 ml almond drink

125 ml water

60 g frozen strawberries

50 g banana

40 g vegan yogurt

15 g kale

15 g soy protein

Directions:

First put kale and water in the blender. Blend well till you have nice creamy water consistency.

Then add all the other food products.

Blend 3 more minutes. Pour in the glass and enjoy!
