Steamed vegetables with scrambled tofu
Good way to get more vegetables on your plate.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients :
125 g soft tofu
67 g broccoli
67 g cauliflower
67 g carrot
10 g oil
7 g nutritional yeast
3 g tumeric
2 g lemon pepper
2 g salt
Optional topings:
50 g cucumber
5 g sesame seeds
basil leave

Directions:
Steam your vegetables. Same time heat your pan and add a little bit of oil on it. Fry spices in oil for 1 minute and then add scrambled tofu. When tofu is golden and vegetables are steam take a plate. Add your vegetables and top it with scrambled tofu. Garnish with sesame seeds and basil leaves. Wasn't it easy?!
