Spicy oven baked bell peppers with creamy rice filling

Preparation time: 40 minutes
200 g bell pepper
120 g cooked rice
50 g boiled white beans
40 g boiled lentils
40 g onion
10 g oil
10 g nutritional yeast
5 g vegetable broth
5 g cayanne pepper
3 g lemon pepper
2 g salt
Cut the bell pepper in half. Heat the oven to 200ºC and then put the bell pepper halfs into the oven. Bake about 10 to 15 minutes. At the same time, cook rice and lentils. For cooking the rice, add oil in a pot. Heat the pot and then add onions. Fry till onions are golden and then add rice and lentils. Fry them as well with a little bit of water, about 2 minutes. Then add broth and water. Let it boil about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and add all the spices and cover the pot. Let it sit under the lid for about 10 minutes. Then take out your bell peppers and fill them with a delicious filling. Set them back into the oven to bake. When you see the top turning golden, take them out. Let them cool down and then enjoy it!
