Recipe serves 14 sausage


Preparation time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas

1 can champignon

2 onions

1 carrot

1 cup of chickpea flour

1 cup of water

4 tbsp tomato sauce

50 g soybean flakes

14 rice papers

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp chili pepper

1 tsp salt


Directions:

Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrot. Preheat the pan and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, place the onion in the pan. Fry the onion until it turns golden brown. Rinse the jar chickpeas and champignons under running water. Add them to the pan. Fry on the pan over high heat for 10 minutes.

Then add the carrot, soybean flakes and half a cup of water to soften the flakes. Cook for another 5 minutes, then add the chickpea flour. Stir and fry until the flour is completely mixed with the food. Now add the tomato paste, spices and soy sauce. Stir well and turn off the stove. Allow the filling to cool for a few minutes. At the same time, heat the oven to 200°C. Take the rice paper and soak it in water for about 1 minute.


Then place the rice paper on the work surface, add a tablespoon of filling in the center. Roll the rice paper with the filling into a sausage. Place the finished sausage on the baking tray. Now roll the other 13 sausages and place them on the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or if you notice that the rice paper has become flaky. Turn the oven off and raise the chickpea rolls to cool. Serve with dinner or have it as a quick snack. Bon Appetit!
