Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas

1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon (1g) Numami Kombu algae (you can buy algae from here)


Preparation:

First, you have to freeze the bananas. To do this, peel two bananas, chop them and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours to 24 hours. Take the food processor and add all the ingredients. Puree for 2-3 minutes, until the mass has become similar to ice-cream. Place the ice-cream in a bowl, sprinkle with Kombu algae and enjoy immediately. Bon Appetit!
