The health benefits of radish:

* are a good source for anthocyanins that keep our hearts functioning properly,

reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

* also provides your body with potassium, which can help lower your blood pressure,

and keep your blood flow in control,

especially if you are known to suffer from hypertension.

* given that the radish has high vitamin C, it can protect you from common cold and cough,

and improve your basic immunity system.

* red radishes are packed with Vitamins E, A, C, B6, and K. Plus it's high on antioxidants,

fiber, zinc, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, copper, calcium, iron and manganese.

Recipe for 2


Preparation time: 10 minutes


Salad:

100 g of cucumber

80 g salad mix

60 g vegetable sausage

6 red radish

1 tomato

2 teaspoons of sesame seeds


Sauce:

1 avocado

2 tablespoons vegan yogurt

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

pinch of salt

pinch of lemon pepper


Directions:

Take your favorite salad mix. Rinse under running water and shake the water from the salad. Chopped tomato, cucumber, radish, and vegetable sausage. Put all the fresh ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Heat the pan on the stove. When the pan is hot, fry the vegetable sausage for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to allow the sausage to cook on both sides. Take a small bowl to make the sauce. Peel avocado and place in a bowl. Crush the avocado with a fork. Add yogurt, yeast, and spices. Stir the sauce well. To serve, place a salad in the bowl, warm vegetable sausage on top and then sauce. Add sesame seeds for decoration. Bon Appetit!
