Health benefits of mushrooms: * All edible mushrooms contain varying amounts of protein and fiber. They also contain B vitamins, but also a powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps support the immune system and prevent cell and tissue damage. * In general, mushrooms are cholesterol-free, but they are also a good source of chitin and beta-glucan, which are cholesterol-lowering fibers.
Recipe for seven Ingredients: 200 g of boiled rice 200 g of mushrooms 100 g of vegan cheese 1 onion 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon black salt Preparation: If you already have cooked rice, you can use it. If you do not have cooked rice, add water and 72 g of rice to the pot. Bring the water to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Then close the hob and place the lid on the pot. Let simmer for 15 minutes. At the same time clean and chop the onions and mushrooms. Place the pan on the stove and add the oil. When the oil is hot, place the onion in a pan. Fry the onion until golden brown, it takes about 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms to the pan. Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the rice is ready add the pot of vegan cheese, black salt and oil. Stir well.
When the mushrooms are pleasantly golden brown, add them to the rice mixture. Mix everything well. Form balls between your hands and place on a pan.
Fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on one side. Turn the balls over and fry for another 5 minutes. Turn the stove off and leave the balls to cool for 10 minutes. The balls become harden as they cool, but they may not be very sticky.
When serving, shake a little yeast over it. Bon Appetit! Did You Try This Recipe?
