Fun facts

Cashew nut benefits for health: * Although cashews are one of the lowest-fiber, highest carbohydrate nuts, they’re packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These include vitamins E, K, and B-6, along with minerals like copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, and selenium, all of which are so important for a variety of bodily functions that we can’t go without them. * Research shows that eating more nuts, such as cashews, can lower your risk for cardiovascular disease. This may occur by reducing blood pressure and cholesterol levels. In one study cashews reduced blood pressure and raised “good” cholesterol levels. Some vitamins and minerals in nuts, such as potassium, vitamins E and B-6, and folic acid, also help to fight heart disease.

The recipe for five rolls Ingredients: 6 mushrooms 5 rice papers 1 carrot 40 g of cucumber 40 g peppers a handful of arugula Sauce: 1 tablespoon cashew butter 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Preparation: Take the vegetables, wash them and then peel and chop. You can also grate vegetables in a food processor, but I think they are more crunchy when chopping with a knife. Cut vegetables into long strips and mushrooms into slices. The filling should now be ready, so we start making the rolls. Take a plate of warm water. Put the rice paper in the water for 1 minute, you will immediately notice that it becomes softer. Then take out the rice paper, place it on the cutting board. First, place the mushrooms in the middle and the rest of the vegetables on top. Rolling rice paper may seem difficult, but it gets easier over time. First, cover the vegetables with rice paper on your side. Then take the sides in, left and right. Now roll to the end. Because the rice paper is wet, it glues the edges to itself. Continue until all 5 rolls are ready. Making the sauce. Take a bowl and add the walnut butter and soy sauce. Mix the sauce well. Take a roll, dip it in the sauce and then just bite. Enjoy these wonderful rolls as a snack or prepare more and enjoy with a friend. Bon Appetit! Did You Try This Recipe?
