Antioxidants are molecules that inhibit or neutralize cell damage caused by free radicals. This can lead to reduced inflammation and an overall health-protective effect. Broccoli has high levels of glucoraphanin, a compound that is converted into a potent antioxidant called sulforaphane during digestion. * Cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, contain various bioactive compounds that may reduce cell damage caused by certain chronic diseases. * Eating broccoli may support better blood sugar control in people with diabetes. Although the exact mechanism is unknown, it may be related to broccoli’s antioxidant content.

Recipe for three Ingredients: 500 g frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) 150 g of kale 2 potatoes jar of light coconut milk 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon of yeast 1 tablespoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon salt Preparation: Take a pot and add 1.5 liters of water. Add the pot to the stove and bring the water to a boil. At the same time, wash the kale clean and then remove the leaves from the stems. Wash, clean and cut the potatoes into small pieces. When the water boils add the potato cubes to the boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes and then add the frozen vegetables to the pot. Boil the vegetables for 15 minutes and then add the kale leaves. Turn off the stove and let the kale leaves soften in a pot for 3-5 minutes. Drain the water from the pot into another bowl. Place the cooked vegetables in the food processor. Puree thoroughly for a few minutes and then add salt, yeast, lemon pepper, oil and coconut milk. Continue to puree the soup. If the texture is too thick, add the cooking liquid you added to the second container before. Add one tablespoon at a time so that the soup does not become too liquid. When you have got enough creamy consistency, add puree soup to the pot. Heat the soup and then serve in bowls. For decoration, add almond chips with your fingertip. Bon Appetit!
