Plant-based cheese vegetables with wild mushrooms

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients :

200 g zucchini

150 g wild mushrooms ( or champignon)

120 g potatoes

40 g vegan cheese

30 g corn

10 g oil

1 g salt

Optional topings:

5 g sesame seeds

basil leaf


Cut all the vegetables and mushrooms. Heat your pan and add potatoes with oil, fry them about 10 minutes. Then add the vegetables, mushrooms and salt. Check if the potatoes are ready. If potatoes are softer add vegan cheese. Cook 3 more minutes. Take a plate add food on it and then top it with sesame seeds and basil. Yummy!
