Fun facts

Oatmeal benefits of health: * The nutrient composition of oats is well-balanced. They are a good source of carbs and fiber, including the powerful fiber beta-glucan. * Whole oats are high in antioxidants and beneficial plant compounds called polyphenols. Most notable is a unique group of antioxidants called avenanthramides, which are almost solely found in oats. Avenanthramides may help lower blood pressure levels by increasing the production of nitric oxide. This gas molecule helps dilate blood vessels and leads to better blood flow. * Oats contain large amounts of beta-glucan, a type of soluble fiber. Beta-glucan partially dissolves in water and forms a thick, gel-like solution in the gut. The health benefits of beta-glucan fiber include: reduced LDL and total cholesterol levels, reduced blood sugar and insulin response, increased feeling of fullness, increased growth of good bacteria in the digestive tract.

Recipe for ten slices

Ingredients:

280 g oatmeal with dried fruits and berries

150 ml oat drink

100 g of dark chocolate

50 g of sugar

3 ripe bananas

4 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

For starters, we make oatmeal from oats. To do this, take the food processor and put the oats in it. Puree until the flakes have turned into flour. Take a bowl and place the oatmeal in it. Then salt, baking powder, sugar and mix well. Now crush the bananas. Peel a banana and place it in a small bowl. Crush ripe bananas into a jam with a fork. Now add oil and oat drink to the bowl. Mix well. Pour the liquid into the flour bowl and mix slowly. Preheat oven to 200°C. At the same time, chop the dark chocolate and mix in the bread mixture. Take bread form and place baking paper on the bottom. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. When the oven is hot enough, place the bread in the oven. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes. When the time is full, take a toothpick and insert it into the loaf of bread. When the toothpick comes out clean, you can remove the loaf of bread from the oven. However, if it seems that the dough is not ripe, bake for another 10 minutes and repeat the check with a toothpick.

After the bread is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10-20 minutes. Then take it out of the form and cut into slices. Place the loaf of bread in a reusable bag so that it does not dry out too much. Take a piece and pour a glass of oat drink. Enjoy instantly. Bon Appetit!
