400 g frozen broccoli

250 g in champignon

2 onion

5 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon paprika seasoning

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon black salt (optional)

1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper


Peel and clean the garlic and onion. Then chop the garlic and onion into small pieces. Preheat the pan on the stove. When the pan is hot add the oil. Place the onions and garlic in the hot oil. Fry for 2-4 minutes until onion is browned. At the same time, chop the mushrooms into thin slices. Put all the spices in the pan except the maple syrup and mix. Add the broccoli and mushrooms to the pan. Fry until the mushrooms are crispy. Frying takes about 10-12 minutes.

Turn off the stove and take the food processor. Add the mass from the pan into the food processor and puree it. Add the puree to the pan and pour the maple syrup into it. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
