Japanese clear mushroom soup

They also contain B vitamins as well as a powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues. * In general, mushrooms are cholesterol free, but they're also a good source of chitin and beta-glucan, which are fibers that lower cholesterol.

Recipe for two Ingredients: 3 carrots 200 g of mushrooms 4 celery stalks 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic thumb-sized piece of ginger a handful of green onions 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon miso paste 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt Preparation: Wash and clean carrots, ginger, onions, celery and garlic. Chop the everything into small pieces. Heat the pot on the stove. Add oil and then onion, garlic and ginger. Fry for a few minutes and then add the chopped carrots and celery. Fry for another 5-7 minutes, adding a little water to the pot so that the food does not burn to the bottom. Add 2 liters of water to the pot. Boil the broth for 40-50 minutes on low heat. When the broth is ready, drain the liquid into a separate pot. Put the vegetables in a separate bowl, they can be used to make wonderful cutlets. Cut the mushrooms into slices. If desired, fry them in a pan for a few minutes. Then add the mushrooms to the broth and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove and add the miso paste, salt and lemon pepper. Serve in soup bowls and garnish with green onions. This soup is a good snack if you want something delicious and light. Bon Appetit!
