Recipe for six

Ingredients: 300 g flour 200 g jackruit grain 100 g tomato puree (recipe can be found here) 7 sun - dried tomatoes 2 tablespoons foot pods 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon of yeast 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce 1 teaspoon salt Preparation: Take a bowl and add flour and salt. Stir and then add oil. When the oil is mixed with the flour, add a glass of cold water. Add water little by little until the texture is moist enough to form a ball, but not too moist. Place the dough in the refrigerator.

Take the jackfuit and crush into small pieces with a fork. Remove the seeds from the fruit. Place the pan on the stove and when the pan is warm fry the jackfruit. When the jackfruit has turned a little crispy, add BBQ sauce to the pan. Fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 200 C. Place the baking sheets and roll the dough on a baking sheet and insert the small air holes in the dough with a fork. When the oven has reached the desired temperature, place the dough in the oven to bake. Bake for 10 minutes and then remove the pizza base from the oven.

While you wait for the dough to mature, chop the sun-dried tomatoes and jalapeno into small pieces. When the pizza base is ready, pour the tomato puree on top of it. Then add the fried jackfruit, jalapeno and sun-dried tomatoes. Add the pizza to the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Then cut into pieces, shake the yeast and enjoy. Bon Appetit!
