Licorice supplements may provide some relief to the adrenal glands. Licorice root extract can stimulate the adrenal glands, which promotes healthy levels of cortisol in the body.

Ingredients:

1 liter of full fat coconut cream 3 tablespoons of coconut palm sugar 1 tablespoon of cocoa beans 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder 1 tablespoon of sweet licorice

1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 teaspoons of vanilla bean extract Preparation: First, divide the coconut cream into three different bowls.

For vanilla-peanut cocoa bean ice cream, add vanilla bean extract, coconut palm sugar, peanut butter and cocoa beans to a bowl. Mix the peanut well into the coconut cream so that no large chunks remain. Then add the ice cream mixture to the ice cream mold. For licorice ice cream, add vanilla bean extract and coconut palm sugar to a bowl. Stir through and then pour in the sweet licorice. Slowly mix the licorice into the coconut cream so that it does not mix completely with the coconut cream. Pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream mold.

To make cocoa ice cream, add cocoa powder and coconut palm sugar to one bowl. Stir the mixture and pour into the ice cream container. Place the ice cream in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Enjoy ice cream on a hot summer day. Bon Appetit!
