Recipe for four


250 g of champignon

250 g of eggplant

200 g of vegan barbecue

200 g peppers

1/2 pack of sweet chilli sauce


First, add the mushrooms to the marinade. To do this, place the mushrooms in a bowl and pour over with half a pack of the marinade. Stir and let stand for half an hour to 2 hours. If you wish, you can also add vegetables to the bowl, in which case use the whole pack.

After the mushrooms have been in the sauce for some time, start preparing the vegetable sticks. Cut the eggplant and paprika into small pieces. Also cut the mushrooms and vegan barbecue into small pieces. Try to cut all the pieces to one size so everything will cook at the same time when grilling. Take a wooden grill rod and add all the components to the end of the grill rod in the order you want. Repeat until all the vegetables are on the sticks. Prepare the grill or take the grill pan and place it on the stove. When the grill is warm, place the sticks on top of it. Bake on both sides for 7 minutes, turning the sticks from time to time.
