Fried chanterelle with zucchini and potatoes

Preparation time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

200 g zucchini

150 g chanterelle

120 g potato

10 g oil

7 g vegetable cream

1 g salt


Opptional toping:

5 g cowberry

2 g parsley




Direction:

Boil potatoes in water. Same time cut zucchini and chanterelles. Heat pan and then add oil and chanterelles. Fry them on a pan 5 minutes and then add zucchini. When zucchini is soften add salt. Fry 1-2 more minutes. When potatoes are boild train them. Take a plate, add potatoes on it. Then add your chanterelles, zucchini and vegetable cream. Garnish with cowberries and parsley. Enjoy this warm fall dinner!
