Easy and fast tomato soup

Fun Fact
This recipe is my father's. He made this recipe for our Sunday gathering. I was amazed because I'm the only one in my family who is vegan. But this recipe is suitable for everybody. Everyone loved it. Now it's one of my favorite healthier fast food.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
can of white beans in tomato sauce
can of mushrooms
can of tomato puree
can of cut tomatoes
jar of boiled and cut carrots
jar of cut pickles
2 garlic cloves
tsp lemon pepper
tsp chilly pepper
Optional toppings:
tbsp soy yogurt (extra 5 kcal)
basil leaf
slice of bread (extra 70 kcal)
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a large pot. Cook till you see the soup boiling. Then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve in a bowl with soy yogurt and basil leaf. Yes, it's that easy, simple and fast!
