Preparation time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1 banana

200 ml of water

100 ml oat drink

80 g frozen dewberry

15 g soy protein

1 tablespoon peanut butter

2 teaspoon of chia seeds


Directions:

Put water and oat milk in the blender. Then add the banana, dewberries, peanut butter and soy protein. Blend everything into a nice creamy smoothie. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with chia seeds. A deliciously sweet and refreshing snack. Bon Appetit!
