If you don't have oat flour, then you have to start by making it from oats. Put oats in a food processor and add linseeds and salt in there as well. Process till you have flour consistency. It should take about 3 minutes. Then put banana pieces, oil, and mix well. Keep the food processor running and then add a little bit of water till you get a pancake mixture. Heat your non-stick pan and with a spoon, put your pancake mixture on it. Helping with the spoon make little round pancakes. When you see the pancake top being almost solid, flip the pancake. Cook on each side for about 2-3 minutes. Then put them on a plate to cool a little bit. When all the pancakes are ready, start plating your dish. First, take one pancake to add a little bit of jam and then top it with another one. Make two pancake towers. Then top it with berries, yogurt, and maple syrup. Enjoy the pancake towers on a Sunday with a dear friend.
