Delicious noodle bowl

Preparation time: 25 minutes


Ingredients :

120 g beetroot

100 g cucumber

60 g boiled lentils

30 g rice dry noodles

30 g onion

15 g oil

2 g lemon pepper

2 g salt


Optional topings:

25 g tomato

10 g chili sauce

5 g vegan mayo

basil leaf

Directions:

Cook your noodles. Cut cucumbers, beetroot, onion and tomato. Heat the pan and fry onion with lentils. When lentils are warm set them a side. Then fry beetroot in oil. It takes about 7-10 minutes. If beetroot is soften add lemon pepper. Now everything should be ready. Take a bowl and add everything nicely in it. Garnish with sauces, tomatoes and basil leave. Warming and at the same time so fresh.
