* balances cholesterol levels * has magnesium in it

* relieves bronchial asthma

Preparation time: 7 minutes

Ingredients:

250 ml almond drink

10 g coco powder

10 g maple syrup

Directions:

Heat the pot and then add an almond drink. When steam and small bubbles are starting to appear, turn off the heat. Sieve cocoa through the sieve. Whisk well and add maple syrup.

Let the hot chocolate cool down a little bit. Then serve in a mug. Best for those cold evenings.
