Bean mushroom breakfast sandwich


Preparation time: 5-10 minutes


Ingredients:

2 slices of bread

100 g of beans in tomato sauce

40 g mushrooms( I used champions, but you could use what you like)

40 g black olives

10 g nutritional yeast

Optional topping:

Basil


Directions:

Heat the pan over medium heat and then fry separately mushrooms, bean, and bread. In the meantime cut the olives. Now everything is heated, we just need to combine everything. Take a plate and set the warm bread on it. Then cover the bread over with the beans, mushrooms, and olives. Then sprinkle on some nutritional yeast and last but not least, put the basil on top. Voilà, enjoy!
