Friendly Viking's-Nordic Oat drink!
Our oat drinks are made from the highest quality Nordic oats by a Finnish family company. All oat drinks are sugar-free, fortified with vitamins and certified in carbon-neutral packaging. In addition to oat drink, you can find now wonderful vegan oat yogurts and sour cream substitute from Friendly Viking products.
Recipe for 10
3 dl self-extracting flour
2.5 dl of sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 dl Friendly Viking oat milk
1 dl rapeseed oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 packs of Friendly Viking sour cream substitutes (sour oat)
1 pack of Friendly Viking Greek Yogurt
250 g pitted cherry compote
50-100 ml of vegan chocolate sauce
Take a bowl and place the solids in a bowl except the cocoa. Mix everything well. Take another bowl and place the liquids in it. Mix the liquids well. Then pour the liquid part into the solids while stirring. When the dough is ready, pour 1/3 of the dough into a separate bowl. In the bowl where most of the dough remained, add cocoa. Mix well. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Place baking paper on the bottom of the cake tin. Pour the cocoa dough into a baking dish. Place the cake tin in the oven for 18-20 minutes. When 18 minutes is full control with a toothpick. When the dough starts to stick to the toothpick, let it cook for a few more minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let the cake stand in the cake tin for a few minutes. Then lift the baking paper out of the cake mold. Let the cake cool down completely. At the same time, place new baking paper in the cake tin and pour the other part of the dough into the tin. Place the cake in the oven to bake for 15-18 minutes. Check with a toothpick in the same way as last time. If also the white bottom is ready, then remove it from the oven and let cool. When both bottom of the cake has cooled down completely, place the bottom of the cocoa on the desired base. White bottom cut the ampoule into large cubes. Take a bowl and place the Friendly Viking Sour Cream Substitute and Greek Yogurt in it. Mix well. Place the white cake base cubes in the bowl as well. Mix well so that all the pieces of white cake base are covered with cream. Now that you have the bottom of the cocoa on top of the desired container, pour a few tablespoons of compote liquid on the bottom. That way it stays delicious and juicy. Add cherries to the cake base, you can halve them or leave them whole. The main thing is that there are definitely no stones left. If the base of the cake is covered with cherries, pour a mixture of sour cream and yoghurt. Add the cake to the refrigerator for 8 hours. After a long wait, take the cake out of the refrigerator. Garnish with the remaining cherries and pour over the chocolate sauce. Serve immediately. Delicious dessert on the holiday. Bon Appetit!
