Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients :

200 g kale

10 g oil

5 g nutritional yeast

pinch of salt

Directions:

Reheat the oven to 200°C. Take your kale and rip it to pieces. ( Kale can also be frozen and you don't have to defrost it). Put kale pieces to the oven pan and massage it with some oil. Oil free option: just gently massage the kale. Set in the oven to 5-7 minutes, but lower the heat to 180°C. Keep your eye on it, because it can burn easily. Now when it's slightly crispy take the kale out of the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes. Add nutritional yeast and salt. Enjoy as a snack or add it to your meals for extra crunchiness.
