Preparation time: 30 minutes


Serving size for one person.

Ingredients:

120 g boiled potatoes

100 g tofu

260 g steamed vegetables

60 g onion

7 g nutritional yeast

5 g oil

5 g soy sauce

5 g pizza flavor

3 g sesame seeds

2 g salt

Directions:

Take a pot and add in water. Set potatoes in the pot and on the top the steamer to steam the vegetables. Cook 20 minutes. At the same time, cut tofu and put it in a bowl. Add in there some soy sauce, pizza flavor, and oil. Mix well and let it marinate for 5 minutes. Then cut the onion. Heat the pan and fry the onion on it. When the onion is golden, add tofu. Fry till tofu is golden brown. Now everything should be ready. Take a plate and add on it boiled potatoes, steamed vegetables, and fried tofu. Garnish with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
