To begin, place the Brussels sprouts on the kitchen cabinet for thawing for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the defrosted Brussels sprouts in half. Add the cabbage to the bowl with the oil, salt, and lemon pepper. Take the oven mold and place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the mold with the cut side up. Put the mold in the oven for 20 minutes. After that, replace oven baking with roasting mode, 250 ° C with ventilation. Roast for about 10 minutes or when you see that the edges of the cabbage have become crisp. Take the Brussels sprouts out of the oven and leave to cool. At the same time, clean the pomegranate. My favorite way to clean is to cut the shell and then turn each side in different directions. Be sure not to cut into the flesh as you will crush the seeds and then the whole kitchen will be full of juice from the pomegranate. Then wrap the half pomegranate again and clean the seeds directly on to the Brussels sprouts. Take two handfuls of walnuts, place on the cutting board and chop into small pieces.
