300 g pumpkin

200 g oat flour

50 g dark chocolate

1 banana

200 ml coconut milk

3 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp cinnamon powder

1 tbsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt


First, if you don't have oat flour. Then you will need a food processor. Take oats and put them in a food processor. Process for about 3 minutes. Now you have flour. Reheat your oven to 220 °C. Next, take a big bowl. Add to it flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon powder in it. Mix well. Now take your food processor, you don't have to wash it. Put into it pumpkin, banana, maple syrup, coconut milk in there, and mix well. Combine your liquids with dry ingredients. Mix until the dough is ready. Cut 40g of chocolate in small cubs. Set them in the dough. Place the baking paper on the baking tray. Pour the dough into the baking tray. Grate the rest of the chocolate on top of the pumpkin bread.

Set the bread into the oven for about 40 minutes. Take a toothpick and check is the bread ready from the inside. Let it cool down a few minutes. Enjoy with a glass of cold plant drink.
