Recipe 6 lava cakes


Ingredients:

150 g of oat milk

100 g of flour

50 g of cocoa powder

4 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

pinch of salt


Preparation:

Take a bowl and add flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Pour the oil into the mixture and do this. Then add oat milk. The dough should remain similar to the muffin dough. Not too thick or too liquid.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Take the muffin tin. Place the baking paper in the form. Divide the batter into molds with a tablespoon. When the oven has reached the desired temperature, place the muffin tin in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Remove the lava cakes from the oven. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Remove the lava cakes from the tin and shake a little ferret. Eat immediately, because then lava cake is the most flowing and delicious. Serve with cold oat milk. Bon Appetit!
