The health benefits of chickpeas:

* Chickpeas contain a range of nutrients, including protein, which is necessary for bone, muscle, and skin health. For people who are cutting down on meat consumption, a dish of chickpeas and rice, for example, can contribute a significant amount of protein to the diet. A cup of chickpeas provides almost one-third of an adult's daily protein needs.

* The iron, calcium, and other nutrients in chickpeas can all contribute to healthy bone structure and strength. Chickpeas can play a role in the diet of people who want to prevent osteoporosis.

* The fiber, potassium, B vitamins, iron, magnesium, and selenium in chickpeas all support heart health. Fiber helps decrease the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol levels in the blood. Chickpeas contain no cholesterol.

Recipe for nine Ingredients: 300 g chickpea flour jar of chickpeas 150 ml of oat milk 50-100 ml of water 4 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon salt Preparation: Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, salt, pepper in it. Mix everything well. Then make a hole in the middle of the flour and pour the oil in there. Try to mix the oil with the flour as well as possible. When the oil is mixed, add oatmeal and water. The consistency of the dough should remain thick but mixable. Let it rest for a few minutes.

Take the baking sheet and place the baking paper on it. Preheat oven to 180° C. At the same time, pour the dough onto baking paper. You can spread the dough with the back of a tablespoon. Clean canned chickpeas under running water. Pour the chickpeas over the dough. Place the pizza base in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Check from time to time that the chickpeas are not burning too much. At the end, check with a toothpick that the dough is properly cooked through. When the toothpick comes out clean, remove the pizza base from the oven. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. You can use chickpea pizza base to make pizza, as a snack or instead of bread. Personally, I like to spread mushroom pate on the bottom of the pizza (you can find the recipe here) and then add cucumber and jalapeno. Let your mind fly and find your favorite way. Bon Appetit!
