Ingredients: 300 g of flour 120 ml of warm oat milk 11 g of dry yeast 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon sugar with a pinch of salt Content: 3 large carrots 100 g tofu 1 onion 1 tablespoon oil Preparation: Take a bowl, add flour, sugar, a little salt, and dry yeast. Stir together. Then stir in the oil and warm the oat milk. Form the dough into a ball, put in the bowl and cover the bowl with a towel. Place the dough in a warm place to rise for half an hour to one hour. While waiting for the dough to rise, prepare the contents of the pie. To do this, wash and clean the carrots. Grate carrots and onions. Preheat the pan on the stove. Add oil to the pan and brown for 5 minutes. When the onion has turned brown, add carrot and tofu to the pan. Fry for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the carrot has become soft, turn off the stove. Leave the contents in the pan to cool.

When the dough has risen, put some flour on the table and knead the dough for a few minutes. Then take the dough roll and roll the dough flat. Take a cup and cut out the dough circles with the rim of the cup. Place a tablespoon of contents in the center of the circle. Cover the contents with the dough and pinch the edges together. When all the pies are ready, place them under the towel and let them rise for 5 minutes.

At the same time, heat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the pies in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Check the pies from time to time to make sure they don't over-cook. If desired, after 5 minutes of baking, lubricate the pies with margarine to leave a beautiful golden brown glow. If the pies are golden brown, remove them from the oven and turn off the oven.
