Recipe for 2

Preparation time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

150 g frozen blueberries

80 g Helen instant oatmeal

250 ml of water

1 banana

100 ml almond drink

1 tablespoon peanut butter

pinch of salt


For decoration:

2 tablespoons chia seeds

20 almonds


Directions:

Take the pot and turn on the stove. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. When the water boils, add the oatmeal. Boil for 2 minutes. Slice the banana and add it to the oat flakes. Then add the blueberries, almond butter, and salt. Boil for another 5 minutes and then add the almond drink. Turn on the stove off, place the lid on the pot and leave to simmer for another 5 minutes. When the porridge is ready, mix and place on a plate. Garnish with chia seeds and almonds. A good way to start your morning. Bon Appetit!
