Beginning of my yoga journey

I started yoga a few years before becoming a trainer.

At first, it was just a good new way for me to move my body. I saw how fast I could see and feel the changes in my body: reach the headstand and bend like never before. I also noticed that yoga also keeps my body in good shape. In 2018, I started my journey as a yoga trainer. Now for me, yoga is so much more than just a workout. It is the way to reach my true self. After yoga, I always feel much more energetic and positive. It's a moment for myself, no matter how many people are in the room.

In my daily work, I spend a long time in a sitting position. I feel a real release of tension in my body when I roll out the yoga mat. In my spare time, I play disc-golf. I see that concentration from yoga helps me there as well.

Always do what makes you happy! I'm glad when people leave the yoga class, with a big smile on their faces.
