2 frozen bananas
1 dl frozen strawberries (about 70 g)
50 ml of oat milk
10 g soy protein powder (optional)
6 g chia seeds

Frozen strawberries can be bought at any store, but bananas must be frozen yourself. To do this, peel two bananas, chop them and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours to 24 hours.
