Health benefits of tofu:
*Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also a valuable plant source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese and phosphorous. In addition to this, it also contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1.
* Research shows that women who eat soy products at least once a week have a 48–56% lower risk of breast cancer. This protective effect is thought to come from isoflavones, which have also been shown to positively influence the menstrual cycle and blood estrogen levels. It seems that exposure to soy during childhood and adolescence may be most protective, but that's not to say that intake later in life is not beneficial. In fact, research shows that women who ate soy products at least once a week throughout adolescence and adulthood had a 24% lower risk of breast cancer, compared to those who ate soy during adolescence alone.
Recipe for two Ingredients: 300 g soft tofu 250 g of frozen vegetables 1 tablespoon dried algae 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1/2 black salt Preparation: Place the pan on the stove and pour the oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, put the frozen vegetables in a pan. Fry the frozen vegetables for 3-5 minutes. Then push them together and add soft tofu to the pan. Fry the tofu for 2 minutes and then add the spices.
Mix the vegetables with the tofu and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Turn the stove on and take the plates. Place the food on the plates.
Shake on freeze-dried algae and enjoy immediately. For a decent breakfast, I would add a slice of bread and delicious vegan yoghurt alongside this food. Bon Appetit!
