Health benefits of seaweed: * Algae is a low-calorie, high-nutrition food. Algae contains vitamins C, A, E, K, B, iodine, iron, manganese and copper. * Iodine is a critical component of thyroid hormones. It is also important for brain development and therefore an important nutrient for pregnant or breastfeeding women. * A high-fiber diet has been linked to a healthier weight, better glycemic control and a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease. Seaweed contains fiber, which can help lower cholesterol and increase the feeling of fullness. * Be sure to check the quality of the algae before consuming it.

Recipe 6 rice balls Ingredients: 100 g of rice (dry matter) 1 tablespoon dried algae 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon oil Preparation: Rinse the rice under water. Put 2 cups of water in a pot and add the washed rice. Make sure the rice is covered with about 3cm of water. Place the pot on the stove and bring the rice to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then turn the heat to the lowest temperature and cover with a lid. Let the rice simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.

Allow the rice to cool completely. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of algae with rice and add soy sauce. Mix everything well. Let stand for a few minutes to mix the flavors.

Wet your hands under water so that the rice does not stick to your hands. Take the rice by hand and form into a ball with your hands. Then make the top half narrower and the bottom half flatter. Make as many rice balls until the rice is out. I made pretty big ones and got 6 big rice balls. Heat the pan on the stove and pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, place the rice balls in a pan. Fry the rice balls on one side for 2-3 minutes, turn the rice balls over and fry on the other side for 2-3 minutes. Serve with salad. A delicious snack of rice balls is ready. Bon Appetit!
