I'm Estonian who has traveled the world and landed back to my motherland. After a long journey, I found myself in a place where I knew that I wanted to really understand my inner self. I became a nutritionist and yoga teacher. Now I feel that I'm on the right path and I would like to take you with me!

Who is a nutritionist?
A nutritionist is a person who advises others on matters of food and nutrition and their impacts on health. I studied to become a nutritionist at the Academy of Public Health.
What does yoga teacher mean?
A yoga teacher is an individual trained to properly teach the poses used in yoga practice. Their role can also extend beyond the physical aspects of yoga as they may take a holistic approach that incorporates the mental, emotional and spiritual elements of the discipline into their teaching. I got my yoga teachers' Yoga Alliance certification through Infra Yoga School.
